Global Cyber Education Forum (GCEF) – AI Equity & Global Inclusion Initiative

At Global Cyber Education Forum (GCEF), we are committed to ensuring that artificial intelligence is built for the world, by the world—inclusive, transparent, and representative of all cultures, histories, and knowledge systems.

Our mission is to bridge the gap in AI research and education by advancing initiatives that promote global equity in AI model development, ethical data sharing, and the inclusion of Africa’s rich history, languages, and intellectual contributions alongside those of the Western world and other developed nations.

    How we connect and why?

Through strategic hiring, research partnerships, and educational initiatives in leading tech hubs across Africa and Haiti, we aim to:

    • Develop and advocate for AI models that are diverse, unbiased, and globally representative.
    • Ensure equitable access to AI advancements, infrastructure, and open datasets so that underrepresented nations have the tools to contribute to and benefit from AI innovation.
    • Foster local research ecosystems by partnering with universities, policymakers, and technology leaders to drive African-led AI development and influence global standards.
    • Secure Africa’s and Haiti’s place in AI history by integrating their narratives, languages, and technological contributions into the world’s most powerful models.
